TERMS OF USE
1. The customers who own an iPhone (or an iPod touch) can play the PhoneBook –Ride! Ride!- by downloading a special application for FREE from the App Store. Parents may download it instead of their children before they play.
2. Parents should handle the item with care to avoid unpredictable accidents that may cause any injuries on their children`s hands or fingers with the edge of the item during playing.
3. Please set an attached stopper after you set up your iPhone (or iPod touch), and make sure that the iPhone (or the iPod touch) will not be slip off. Please avoid strongly shaking or hitting the device. In case of any accidents or breakages of the iPhone (or the iPod touch) and the Book itself with failure to follow the above precautions, the customers cannot receive any compensation.
4. Parents should watch their children not to get the attached stopper (made of urethane) into their mouths.
5. Please do not touch the device with wet hands or wet it, or soak it into water, as these actions will damage it.
6. Keep the item away from fire for your safety.
7. Do not leave the item on the flooring and step on it to avoid any injuries to persons.
8. Use the item in bright rooms.
9. Take a 10 to 15 minute break every hour. If your children have the symptoms similar to car sickness, give them rest immediately.
10. People who have experienced epilepsy seizures in the past can use the item only after consultation with a doctor. Please see a doctor immediately in case of having the epilepsy symptoms during playing.
11. Please check the remaining battery level of your iPhone (or iPod touch) before use.
12. Do not let the children play with this toy by themselves. They must be accompanied by an adult during play.
13. Please note that the item might be modified in operating condition, required environment, and specification, without notice, according to the version upgrades or the spec change of the iPhone, the iPod Touch, the iPhone OS, and other Apple’s products. Also please be forewarned that we will support our customers to update the application and try to solve any problems that they will have, but these do not guarantee the item’s permanent operation in future.
