ARG The Twisperers is 'pervasive social media project' leading up to the publication of a thriller novel, The Whisperers, by John Connolly. A number of characters are tweeting, providing clues to the mysterious goings-on - murders? suicides? The story is a sequel to Every Dead Thing, with PI Charlie Parker (nod to jazz legend?).

It seems to be a continuation of the Earle of Maine ARG that I posted on in Feb. Just checked that twitter feed & the Earle of Maine is commenting on Such Tweet Sorrow - nice integration - how recursive will this become?
And what is it about Maine? It's becoming a hot bed for ARGs - Stephen King's pervasive influence?
