The first video from Bluebird Lab is located and shows Harrison and Paul seriously contemplating a geoengineering plan beyond mere research and development. Kyle and Monte and members of the DC respond with their reactions. Surveyed locations emerge out of decrypted image files, showing area of the equator, arctic and antarctic. DC members argue that these and the Google Earth files also unlocked, suggest a launch using rockets and balloons has been contemplated.
