David Brisbin just published a fascinating essay on his experience as production designer on The Twilight Saga: New Moon and the speed at which fans were posting recut footage of the film shoots months ahead of the release. The video above is a post by a fan who 'discovered' a key set location and in Brisbin's experience, the speed and comprehensiveness of the fan-generated content take participatory culture to a whole new level.
